Mr. Said was appointed Galil Software's Chief Executive Officer in December 2007. He previously held several managerial positions at Nokia from 1995 to 2001, first in Germany and then in the United States. He then joined Stratus Technologies in Boston as a senior R&D manager, before returning to Israel and joining ECI Telecom's Broadband Access Division in 2006. Mr. Said brings a wealth of R&D experience in the area of networking, including SONET/SDH, ATM, and IP. In his last position at ECI, Mr. Said was responsible for sales activities in German-speaking countries.

Mr. Said holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from TU Branuschweig in Germany and is a graduate of the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA Program a joint degree from the Faculty of Management of Tel-Aviv University and Northwestern University, Chicago.

Mr. Nissim was appointed Galil Software’s Chief Financial Officer in November 2010. He previously served as CFO and board member of Verint Systems Inc. from 1999 until 2007, and was the CFO of Comverse Technology Inc. since 1986. Mr. Nissim is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and was employed for four years by Kesselman & Kesselman (now a member of PriceWaterhouseCoopers).

Mr. Nissim holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Tel Aviv University in 1981.

Mr. Khoury joined Galil Software as a program director in March 2008. He has more than 15 years of experience working for leading international IT companies. He started his career at IBM in 1995 and in 2000 he was recruited by Intel England where he held different management positions. His last position at Intel was managing the Professional Services Group. Bassel returned to Israel in 2004 and joined the Dalet Israeli R&D branch (Gefen Dekel), one of the leading companies in the MAM and broadcast world. He managed the Project Management and Professional Services Group. Mr. Khoury was responsible for account management and presale activities in Europe and Africa.

Mr. Khoury holds an Engineering degree in computers from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Zakai joined Galil Software in March 2010 as an ODC Site Manager, bringing strong proven track record in mobile solutions and software development. He held managerial positions in leading technology and innovative companies.

Prior to Joining Galil Software Mr. Zakai served as the managing partner at Mashav Applied Research and led it to become one of the leading and innovative applied research firms in Israel.

He previously held senior management positions at Flash Networks (2000-2006) and engineering positions at EMC(1997-2000) and Geotek (1995-1997)
Mr. Zakai holds a B.Sc. and MBA both from the Technion, Israel.

Mr. Mohamad Abo Nada joined Galil Software as a program director in January 2010, bringing strong proven track record in the Marketing & Business Development arena and software development. He has more than 12 years of experience working for leading international IT companies.

He started his career as a Software Developer at a virtual studio Systems leading company in 1996 and in 1999 Mr. Abo Nada established with a group of friends the Smart Vision company where he held the CTO position, Smart Vision was a developer of software for real-time 2D-3D graphics and animation creation, virtual sets and playback/ playout control systems.

The Smart Vision venture has gained success which led to the sale of the company to one of the leading broadcasters and publishing houses in the Arab world.
Mr. Mohamad Abo Nada joined Spiral Solutions in 2003 to 2009 as an Director Middle East Marketing & Business Development, VP MENA Region Manager.

Since May 2009 until joining Galil software Mr. Abo Nada Owned and managed a Consulting Company Located in Jordan where he provided Consulting & Business Development service to Companies looking to expand their activity in the Arab and Islamic world.

Mr. Nitzan Klein joined Galil Software as a program director in November 2010. He has more than 15 years of experience working for leading international IT companies.

He started his career at a large government company in 1995 and in 1999 he joined Amdocs US where he held different management positions and then several management positions in development, sales and customer consulting areas.

His last position at Amdocs US was Implementation Manager for the AT&T customer.
Nitzan returned to Israel in 2005 and joined Amdocs Israel for a short period until recruited by FTS (Formula Telecom) as an Account Manager. At the end of 2006 Nitzan returned to Amdocs where he assumed responsibility over the customer's requirement gathering processes and was part of the implemented of TOC and other processes at Amdocs.

Since June 2009 until joining Galil software Nitzan Owned and managed a life and organizational coaching business where he provided coaching and consulting workshops to managers and individuals.

Mr. Kaufman has joined Galil Software in August 2009. He previously held senior managment positions at Comverse sales organisation managing territories and teams in Europe and APAC (from 1999 to 2009), most recently Vice President for South East Europe. Prior to that Mr. Kaufman was Account Manager for Orbotech in the U.S.(1996 to 1999) and Account Manager for IBM Israel where he went through a thorough sales training program (1994 to 1996).

Mr. Kaufman holds a B.Sc. in Information System Engineering from the Technion, Israel and is a graduate of the Kellogg-Recanati International Executive MBA Program a joint degree from the Faculty of Management of Tel-Aviv University and Northwestern University, Chicago.

Manar Shahada started her career as business developer for several small entrepreneurships.
After that Manar acted as the manager of the Joint Collage ("Hamiclala Hamesutefet") until joining Galil Software as HR Manager in 2009.

Manar is holding a B.A. degree in Psychology and Human Services as well as Master degree in Employment Health from Haifa University.
Manar also holds Masters degree in Organizational development and consulting from Tel-Aviv University.
