Itsik Danziger
Board Member and Investor
Mr. Danziger has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications
industry in senior executive positions. He served as active chairman of
Starhome, a subsidiary of Comverse Technology focusing on enabling mobile
services for the wireless telecom market. Mr. Danziger was president of the
Comverse Technology Group and Comverse Network Systems, serving the company
from 1985 in various executive positions. Mr. Danziger previously served for 10
years in various R&D and engineering positions in the Tadiran Telecommunication
Group, Israel, later sold to ECI Telecom. Mr. Danziger is active as a volunteer
in public and philanthropic activities, an active chairman of two strategic
initiatives, an active board member of Israel Venture Network and was a member
of the National Task Force for the Advancement of Education in Israel.
Mr. Danziger holds a B.S. cum laude and an MSc in Electronic Engineering M.S
from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Zeev Bregman
Board Member and Investor
Mr. Bregman served as Chief Executive Officer of Comverse from January 2001 to
March 2007, where he orchestrated the company’s turn-around subsequent to the
Telecom Crisis of 2001-2002. Under his leadership Comverse grew from a
single-product voicemail provider to a multi-product Telecom software company.
Mr. Bregman joined Comverse in 1987 as a software programmer and served in
various R&D, management and marketing positions within the company, including
Vice President, EMEA Division, and Vice President Messaging Division. Prior to
joining Comverse Mr. Bregman was employed by Clarity Ltd.
Mr. Bregman hold a B.Sc., magna cum laude, in Mathematics and Computer Science
and a M.Sc., summa cum laude, in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. He
also earned a Kellogg-Recannatti International Executive MBA, a joint degree
from the Faculty of Management of Tel-Aviv University and Northwestern
University.

Oren Zeev
Board Member and Investor
Mr. Zeev worked at Apax Partners, a leading global private equity firm, from
1995 to 2007, and served as a partner from 1999. In his most recent position at
Apax Partners, Mr. Zeev headed the Tech and Telecom Group in the United States.
Mr. Zeev has extensive experience investing in technology companies globally.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Mr. Zeev was a research staff member at the IBM
Israel Science and Technology Center. Mr. Zeev also serves on the Board of
Directors of Audible Inc, Mobixell Networks, Transera Communications, Inc., and
Pictage Inc.
Mr. Zeev holds a B.Sc. Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering from the Technion –
Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA with distinction from the INSEAD
Business School.

Adi Pundak-Mintz
Mr. Pundak-Mintz is a General Partner of Gemini Israel Funds, Israel’s premier
venture capital organization. He specializes in software seed investments and
his areas of focus include enterprise IT infrastructure, software and
Greentech. Mr. Pundak-Mintz sits on the Board of a number of Gemini portfolio
companies. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Mr. Pundak-Mintz held
business development and marketing positions with Nexus Telecommunications, and
was an engineer at ECI Telecom. Mr. Pundak-Mintz served in the Israeli Navy as
a project engineer for Naval Underwater Systems.
Mr. Pundak-Mintz holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. with honors in Electrical
Engineering and a BA with distinction in Mathematics from Ohio State
University.

Adam Parnes
Mr. Parnes has served, since 1999, as General Manager, of Israeli Operations at
Oscar Gruss & Son Inc., a company providing full Investment Banking services
for the Israeli market. Mr. Parnes is also a board member in various OSGI
portfolio investments. Previously, Mr. Parnes was Executive VP and Head of
Investment Banking at Dovrat, Shrem & Co. Ltd. and served as Chief Analyst for
that company. Mr. Parnes was also board member in various DS portfolio
companies. Mr. Parnes served as the president of Magam-Safem Ltd., from 1991 to
1992, and was previously an analyst at Clal Israel Ltd. and the General Manager
of Hazera Genetics Ltd.
Mr. Parnes holds a BSC and MSC in Life Sciences from the Hebrew University and
an MBA in Finance, from Tel-Aviv University.

Shai Reshef
Mr. Reshef was the Chairman of the Kidum Group – the largest for-profit
educational services company in Israel – from 1989 to 2005. He sold the company
– as a single share holder – to Kaplan, a subsidiary of the Washington Post,
and one of the world largest companies in the field of education. Mr. Reshef
joined Kidum in 1989 when Kidum was a single product company with revenues of
$100,000. Under his leadership Kidum grew to become a company with annual
earnings in excess of $25 million, with over 1,000 employees, and 50,000
students a year. Between 2001 and 2004, while continuing as the chairman of
Kidum, Mr. Reshef lived in the Netherlands where he chaired KIT eLearning, a
subsidiary of Kidum. KIT is the eLearning partner of the University of
Liverpool. KIT provides MBA and M.Sc. degrees in IT. The company was sold in
2004 to Lauriat. In August 2007, after 3 years in London and New York, Mr.
Reshef returned to Israel.
Mr. Reshef holds a BA, magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University and an MA from
the University of Michigan in Chinese Politics.

Ailon Michaely
Board Member and Investor
Ailon Michaely has held senior positions in the finance and management capacities
in hi-tech and other companies as well as the Israeli investment arena.
Amongst those are CFO of Comverse, a hi-tech company with sales at the time of $1.2 Bil;
CFO of Housing and Construction Ltd, an Infrastructure and Real-estate holding company
with sales at the time of $1 Bil; Chairman of Clal Insurance Investment Committee,
with investments at the time of over NIS15 Bil (~ $3.5 Bil).
Ailon currently holds board positions in several Israeli companies and start-ups,
invests and consults in the hi-tech field.
Ailon holds an Economics undergraduate degree and MBA, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

EYAL S. GOLDWERGER
Board Member and Investor
Mr. Goldwerger is a serial entrepreneur with a rich experience leading high-tech ventures in diverse
industries. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of XMPie Inc., a software company providing
marketing applications to enterprises and commercial printers. Mr. Goldwerger led XMPie through rapid
growth up to its successful acquisition by Xerox Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Goldwerger held various
executive positions in start-ups, and served as EVP Consumer Products & Distribution at WhenU Inc.,
a contextual online advertising network, as well as Founder and CEO of GoCargo.com, an Internet-based
global trading system for container shipping capacity. Previously, Mr. Goldwerger was a consultant at
The Boston Consulting Group in New York.
Mr. Goldwerger holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a B.A. in Economics (Rector’s Honor) from Tel Aviv University.

Arledan Investments Ltd.
Arledan Investments Ltd. ("Arledan") is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
and has several areas of activity, including:

Real Estate and Construction - Arledan acts as a developer with regard
to properties it owns, and also rents out various commercial and residential
properties. Some of the projects Arledan has successfully developed include
residential projects in the Jerusalem area in the neighborhoods of French Hill,
Gilo, Givat Oranim and Mevaseret Zion, as well as residential and commercial projects
in downtown Jerusalem.

Publishing - Through its subsidiary, the Keter Publishing House, Arledan is one of
Israel`s leading publishers of quality literature, as well as providing management,
production and marketing services to the "Ma`ariv Library", the publishing arm of
one of Israel`s largest daily newspapers. Keter recently merged its publishing business
with that of the Steimatzky Group Ltd., which is also Israel`s largest retail bookstore
chain. The joint activity is conducted in a new company called Keter Books Ltd., which
is owned 81% by Keter and 19% by Steimatzky.

Print - Through Keter`s printing plant Arledan provides production and print services,
primarily to other printing houses and commercial customers. Keter recently took over
the printing arm of "Keter Digital", which specializes in commercial digital printing.

Importing and Marketing of Electronic Components - Arledan is a major shareholder in
Telsys Ltd., one of Israel`s largest importers and marketers of electronic parts.
Arledan also invests in Israeli high tech companies, both directly and through venture capital funds.
Arledan is a very liquid and stable investment company. The company`s shareholders equity stands at
NIS 202 million according to the IFRS (most of it in cash and short term investments) and finances
37% of its combined balance sheet. The company`s high level of liquidity puts it in a convenient
position to take advantage of business opportunities in both Israel and abroad.
